About the Role
We are seeking a cleanliness connoisseur with an eye for detail to join our dynamic team as a Houseperson. As a Houseperson, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our guests enjoy a pristine and inviting environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain all assigned areas to the highest standards, ensuring service areas are stocked, tidy, and free of clutter.
* Safeguard and responsibly handle Master Keys and other necessary tools.
* Respond promptly and professionally to calls, wearing your pager like a badge of honor.
* Empty ashtrays, clear guest corridor rubbish, and ensure bins are regularly emptied and cleaned.
* Stock service areas with fresh linen and towels while keeping furnishings neat in the laundry/valet area.
* Deliver extra beds, baby cots, and laundry items to the correct rooms with care and efficiency.
* Mop floors, clean walls, and keep service areas free of obstructions for a safe, tidy environment.
* Sort rubbish, paper, and glass into appropriate bins to maintain our eco-friendly commitment.
