In this role, you will lead ERP implementations, optimize business processes, and create robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support efficient operations. You will work closely with business and IT teams to ensure successful ERP deployment and adoption.Key Responsibilities:ERP Implementation: Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP Cloud implementations, configure systems, and support data migration and testing.SOP Development: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with ERP systems, ensuring compliance and process efficiency.Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact between business users, IT, and vendors, facilitating communication and ensuring requirements are met.Requirements:Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud (e.g., Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain), and SOP development.Skills: Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud modules, business process mapping, project management, and change management.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. Oracle certification preferred.
