The Role
We are seeking a Sales Representative / Area Sales Manager - QLD to focus on establishing our brand in the regional and rural areas surrounding Brisbane in a business development and end-to-end account management role.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must demonstrate that you are a customer-focused, driven sales professional who can manage a portfolio of varied accounts with independent tyre retailers and local wholesalers.
The successful candidate will possess superior customer/account relationship skills and truly understand how to forge strong and genuine relationships while being part of a results-focused team who is passionate about performance.
Responsibilities
* Identifying opportunities to establish new clients
* Seeking opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts
* Product presentations, sales planning, territory management, competitor analysis & reporting
Requirements
To achieve success in this role, you will have:
* Tyre industry experience with a preference given to those with Passenger vehicle experience
* Strong sales/account management expertise with drive & desire for results
* Highly energetic, organised & passionate about delivering customer service
* A confident communicator, skilled negotiator with the ability to quickly build sustainable relationships & influence stakeholders at all levels
* Be a self-starter, able to work autonomously with IT proficiency in MS Excel, Word & CRM
* Proven success in selling within the rural / regional / provincial areas of QLD
