Ongoing part-time opportunity (21 hours per week)
Salary from $70,694 to $76,857pa. (Pro rata for part time employees) Plus employer contribution to superannuation 11% and 17.5% annual leave loading
Your role
As a Client Services Officer with Court Services, you will provide a range of clerical and administrative services including but not limited to; responding to customer enquiries, data entry and records management.
What you’ll do
You’ll work as part of a team assisting with the operations of court rooms, monitoring court proceedings, managing the smooth flow of matters before the Court, maintaining court files, data entry and providing a face-to-face client service within the Court Registry.
Your familiarity and confidence with core office software applications or other technology, and your skills with managing competing priorities, will see you succeed in this role.
What we’re looking for
1. Candidates must hold a valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
2. The successful candidate must be willing to travel to other locations within the hub, this may include overnight stays. A departmental motor vehicle will be provided when available and the appropriate allowances paid for travel.
