This role will support the centre team and marketing team by working on campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate marketing, and providing administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have strong marketing, communication, and organizational skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide general marketing support to the centre management team and broader marketing team.Communicate with retailers regarding marketing activities and promotional opportunities.Monitor social media pages and administer responses in a timely manner.Assist with event coordination, project management, and execution of centre campaigns.Work with internal and external stakeholders and foster strong relationships with local community groups.Manage campaign invoices and assist the Marketing Manager on key projects and initiatives.Collate insights and results from centre campaigns and digital platforms.
Who are we looking for?Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a relevant discipline.Minimum 1-2 years of marketing and communications experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Proficiency in Canva and PDF skills.Good understanding of traditional and digital marketing.Experience managing and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.Strong internal stakeholder management skills.A proactive attitude and flexible approach to work.A customer service focus and a motivated and enthusiastic approach.Not the perfect fit?We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds and abilities - as every person and their situation is unique, we look at this on an individual and applied role basis.
