By taking the time to recognise and reward our members, we build stronger relationships with the people who matter most.As the Senior Product Manager - Loyalty Web Ecosystem, you are a part of the Product, Digital & Customer Experience team and be responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap for our diverse web ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for building out a more connected and personalised web experience for Qantas Frequent Flyers who navigate across our range of different websites (i.e. Marketplace, Wine, Money, Hotels, Insurance). You will define and deliver a strategic roadmap of evolved navigation, global search and digital personalisation at scale.As one of the leading product people in the digital channel portfolio, you’ll partner with stakeholders within Loyalty and the broader Qantas Group to deliver on both customer and commercial outcomes. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills. A key to the success of this role is your ability to form strong relationships and influence stakeholders within Loyalty and the Qantas Airline Digital Team.This role requires strong experience working within ambiguous problem spaces, using customer insights and behavioural data to inform your decisions and critically, being able to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders outside of your immediate team.What You’ll Bring:5+ years of senior product leadership experience in a large, complex matrix organisation with at least 3 years as the senior/top-level owner of a distinct product or portfolioExperience in creating a strong product strategy and corresponding roadmap - and demonstrated ability to execute against itDeep knowledge in customer and product discovery, implementation and measurement processes, with the ability to model expected uplift and commercial return on those initiativesAbility to collaborate and create effective teamwork across traditional organisational boundaries with teams across Technology, Marketing, Commercial, Data Analytics and CommercialAdvanced senior level stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence/negotiate positive outcomesStrong understanding of customer Loyalty programs (prior work experience in this industry would be highly regarded)Advanced decision-making skills with the ability to appropriately delegateExperience directly leading and coaching individuals (i.e. Business Analysts)Ability to prepare materials and present concisely on product performance and opportunities to a senior audienceDemonstrated ability to build effective partnerships with Product Managers across business lines to drive mutually beneficial outcomesWhy Qantas?You’ll join a team where creativity and passion are encouraged.
