The firm has a track record of investing across the capital stack within private credit investments as well as a variety of successful equity transactions, across Australia's Eastern Seaboard. The Role We require a Head of Distribution who is seeking an opportunity to work with the Founders to formulate a successful capital raising strategy. Moving forward the successful candidate will: Develop and implement strategies to attract private investors, wealth managers, and HNWIs. Identify and establish distribution partnerships with private banks, financial advisors, and investment platforms. Lead presentations, roadshows, and engagement initiatives to promote the firm’s real estate investment opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and financial intermediaries. Provide investors with insights on market trends, fund performance, and investment opportunities. Provide senior leadership with insights to refine fundraising strategies and enhance investor engagement. Work closely with investment and asset management teams to align fundraising efforts with strategic goals of the capital portfolio. The Successful Candidate A minimum of 8 years’ experience in capital raising, distribution, or investor relations within real estate funds, private wealth, or financial services. A proven track record of raising capital from wholesale investors, financial advisors, family offices, and/or HNWIs. Established relationships within the wealth management and financial advisory sectors. A self-motivated individual, results-driven by nature. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
