As a Sous Chef, your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in menu planning and recipe development to ensure food quality and consistency meet mission objectives and dietary requirements.
* Overseeing food preparation and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
* Supervising kitchen staff and providing guidance to ensure efficient and organized food production.
* Collaborating with the Dining Service Manager in inventory management and ordering supplies.
* Conducting training sessions for kitchen personnel on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

Requirements:
* Must be a US or Australian citizen
* Must possess an active US Secret or AUS NV-1 Clearance
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant commercial kitchen experience
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Completion of formal training or certification program as a chef
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
