Leasing : Handle lease agreements, renewals, and rent reviews. Financial Oversight : Manage budgets and optimise financial performance. Tenant Relationships : Build trust and resolve disputes efficiently. Compliance : Ensure all properties meet the Commercial Tenancy Act, health and safety, and building standards. Reports : Prepare and present key performance metrics to clients. What You Bring to the Table Experience : At least 6 months (ideally 3 years) in commercial property management. Expertise : Strong knowledge of commercial leasing and property law. Skills : Top-notch communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities. Tech Savvy : Proficiency in property management software and MS Office. Qualification : Real Estate Licence (preferred).
