About the Role:
This is a full-time position at Level B $113,157 - $133,837 + 17% Superannuation within the School of Medicine.
The appointee will be responsible for cultivating existing and establishing new clinical placement sites for students, conducting clinical visits, engaging in research, and publishing work related to Medical Imaging.
The role includes supporting students during clinical placements, collaborating with clinical partners, and contributing to various aspects of the Medical Imaging program.

Key Responsibilities:
* Cultivate existing and establish new clinical placement sites for students.
* Conduct clinical visits to strengthen current clinical site partnerships and foster new collaborations.
* Buiding clinical partnerships and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the profile of the medical imaging program.
* Develop safe learning environments that focus on the student's wellbeing.
* Contribute to teaching excellence within the Deakin medical imaging program.
* Undertake appropriate administrative tasks including Unit Chair responsibilities.

Requirements:
* PhD in a relevant discipline and/or other relevant qualifications and experience.
* Experience of delivering teaching and learning in a clinical and/or higher education setting.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues.
* Demonstrated capacity and passion for leadership of teaching, research and/or administration in a clinical setting.
* Emerging reputation in research and scholarship through publications and/or exhibitions and/or success in obtaining external research funding.
* Ability to contribute to communities through research.
