Contract till end of March with possible extension Hourly pay rate of $ 38.89 /hr Work Location: Parramatta PURPOSE OF THE ROLE You will be providing a range of administrative tasks, including investigative work, updating customers file, ordering reports and liaising with service providers and stakeholders to support the delivery of quality financial management services for the Estate Management Division. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Act as a point of contact performing administration services enquiries from customers and stakeholders to provide a timely and effective information and referral service. Undertake a range of administrative support services, including but not limited to, data entry, liaising with customer, stakeholders and service providers, requesting reports, maintaining electronic and file records and provide support with meetings. Undertake routine administrative tasks and activities in accordance with relevant policies, practices and standards. Assist with projects and research. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA Computer literate with aptitude to learn new applications. Willingness to have phone calls and team email accounts monitored for quality assurance and training purposes, and to participate in one-to-one review sessions for calls and emails.
