As a Cook, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen, ensuring the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes that meet our standards for taste and visual appeal. You will work closely with the head chef and kitchen team to execute menu items efficiently while adhering to safety and hygiene standards.

Task & Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook food according to the recipes and presentation standards
* Ensure cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
* Adhere to food safety and handling standards
* Participate in menu updates and seasonal offerings
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations
* Help manage inventory and stock control
* Collaborate with the chef to improve current menu offerings
* Regulate temperatures of oven, grill and other cooking equipment to ensure optimal food preparation conditions
Qualification & Experience:
* Holds a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
* At least two years of industry experience
* Strong knowledge of cooking methods and operating kitchen tools and equipment
