About this role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team in Kenmore, QLD. This role offers the opportunity to work in a values-driven environment, where your expertise in executive support, communication, and problem-solving will make a real impact.
As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You’ll be the go-to person for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
o Provide high-level executive support, including calendar and inbox management
o Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
o Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior executives
o Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting
o Assist with document preparation, reports, and presentations
o Support special projects and organisational initiatives
o Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role

Essential Requirements
o Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or relevant field or equivalent relevant experience.
o Advanced knowledge of information and knowledge management principles and practices.
o Current driver's licence
o Five years’ experience in executive administration.
Desirable and able to demonstrate
o Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrator
o Strong organisational and time management skills
o Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
o Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
o High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
o Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
o Experience managing sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
o A proactive approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Possess or willingness to obtain
o A current National Police Certificate
