About the Role:
As the Project Manager, you’ll lead a supportive and collaborative team, managing a diverse range of projects aimed at improving energy solutions and building resilience. Your ability to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and lead teams with empathy will be essential. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) offering a competitive salary of $121,107 - $125,679 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and mentor a team to deliver complex projects within set timeframes and budgets while maintaining high standards and supporting professional growth.
2. Build and nurture positive relationships with stakeholders, engaging effectively to negotiate and resolve complex and sensitive issues.
3. Develop project resources and manage programs proactively, ensuring all projects align with strategic objectives and drive positive outcomes.
Desirable Criteria:
4. Understanding of energy systems and markets in Australia, including experience with energy production, distribution, and relevant technologies.
5. Experience in consumer engagement or a background in marketing and communications.
6. Strong commercial acumen, including procurement experience in the building and construction sectors.
