Project Summary/Role Overview Solution Minds Consulting (SMC) is leading dozens of enterprise software enabled digital optimization projects for our clients in Australia and New Zealand. We are a combination of ex Big4 consultants (partners through to consultants), functional specialists, project managers, data, and change experts who enjoy specializing in digital transformations. We are looking for a system selection manager to join our team to lead a number of our selection projects. This will involve working on numerous software selection projects at one time, managing our clients, and being the key liaison and focal point for their team. You will be exposed to all types of different systems including ERP, Payroll, OHS, EDRMS, etc. Your primary duties will include but are not limited to: Work with our Head of Selections and Selection analysts to run effective and efficient software selection projects across Australia and NZ. Liaise directly with vendors and partners. Manage client selection projects from start to finish and build confidence in their selection choice. Prepare RFP documentation packs to go out to short-listed enterprise software vendors. Manage and analyze vendor responses. Attend and assess vendor demonstrations. Utilize, manage, and update SMC's extensive database of market knowledge and information collected from vendors. Work with our clients to build trusted relationships. Your secondary duties will include but are not limited to: Working alongside the Strategy and Process Improvement teams to lead and inform system options analysis and requirements gathering projects. Work with SMC to develop and manage content to build our authority within the industry. Support in the management and development of analysts across the selection, advisory, and consulting teams. We are looking for candidates that have: ERP and other Enterprise Systems knowledge with a desire to learn. Systems selection experience (preferred but not necessary). A keen interest in analysis.
