Permanent full-time opportunity to provide expert clinical knowledge and clinical care for consumers/persons with a variety of conditions and support the general function of the unit through role modelling and application of the principles of contemporary evidence-based consumer/person-focused care, education, leadership, and portfolio management. In addition, this role will provide support and direction to the Registered Nurse/Midwife and other non-registered nursing personnel in more complex situations.
This role will support the intake process for the RC-CYMHS, using a recovery framework to conduct risk assessments, planning, and facilitating access to relevant care which is guided by developmental, systemic, sociocultural, and trauma-informed frameworks.
