About the role We are on the lookout for a proactive Corporate Secretary/ASIC Administrator to join the team full-time at our clients chic, newly renovated office in Southbank.
Key Responsibilities ASIC Lodgements: Process all ASIC lodgements including company registrations, share transfers, shareholder updates, address and name changes, de-registrations, minutes, and share certificates.
Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as maintaining company archives, managing corporate registers, conducting company and title searches, and ensuring the secure use of the company seal.
Corporate Secretarial Duties: Oversee corporate secretarial tasks for both Australian and foreign entities, including understanding necessary forms for entity changes, and setting up Corporations, Trusts, and SMSFs.
Support & Reporting: Provide administrative support, assist with office projects, financial analysis, policy development, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements Experience in a similar role within the accounting industry.
Advanced proficiency with MYOB, Xero, and other accounting software.
Strong data entry skills and experience with Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a keen attention to detail.
