We are seeking a Part-time Project and Office Administrator to support our client, a global consultancy within the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide confidential administrative support to the team
* Coordinate travel and visa requirements for the organisation
* Oversee office management, including safety, cleaning, catering, and maintenance
* Assist with finalising presentations, reports, CVs, and documents
* Produce periodic internal reports as required
* Data entry to support tenders, accounting, and other activities
Requirements:
* 5 years of experience in an administrative role
* Problem-solving mindset with excellent written and communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
* Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
* Highly organised, self-motivated, and adaptable
* Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and other administration packages
This is a part-time position (20-30 hours per week) with possible remote workdays. The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director.
The ideal candidate will be able to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritise responsibilities, and maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
