Positioned between hospitals and pharmacies, this role works with distributors supplying products to GPs, aged care facilities, physiotherapists, and corporate healthcare groups & other healthcare markets. If this is you, we’d love to talk.What You Will Do:Develop and implement sales strategies for growing medium and large national strategic accounts.Identify stakeholders and map sales processes for effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.Find and cultivate new opportunities within existing accounts.Ensure proposals, contractual terms, and pricing align with Essity’s financial strategy.Leverage technology and internal information systems (CRM, Power BI) to make data-driven decisions.Maintain data and customer activities in the CRM system.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, increasing customer advocacy levels.Motivate and support sales teams with best practices and impactful business cases.Negotiate contracts and position products against competitors.Understand customer needs and pain points through effective and strategic account management.Collaborate internally with sales managers, their respective teams, and the marketing team to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.Role model Essity’s global beliefs and behaviors of Care, Courage, Collaboration, and Commitment.Who You Are:Ideally, you bring over five years of experience in sales and account management, with a proven track record of delivering sustainable and profitable sales, preferably within the health and medical industry.
