About The Opportunity
Programmed Facility Management has a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Project Coordinator / Project Engineer to kick start a career in Project Management by joining our operations based at 727 Collins St with various other sites across Melbourne.
As a Graduate with Programmed you will apply your engineering or project management knowledge to our broad team and be integral in supporting our growing facilities contracts.
You will get exposure across our diverse portfolio such as our Victorian Schools Building Authority contract or various manufacturing contracts on the eastern and western side of the city. You will be provided with a well-rounded experience in this 2-year fixed term contract.
You will meet with our senior leaders which will maximise your personal and professional development and be provided with countless opportunities to grow and develop long-term careers within our business. You will engage with our operations teams through structured rotations across our contracts. You’ll also be provided with core leadership development training workshops tailored to you delivered by our learning and development team. On top of that, you will be given opportunities to network and have one-to-one mentoring.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a ‘can-do’ attitude, a strong appetite to learn and genuine desire to pursue a career in facility management or an essential services industry. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
* Qualification or final year student of Engineering, Project Management or Construction
* Commitment to building a long-term career

* Exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written
* Effective time management & organisational skills
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office suite
* Strong focus on safety in the workplace
