As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide advanced clinical care and supervision to nursing teams, ensuring best practice standards are met. This role requires a nurse with a broad range of specialist skills who can support continuity of care, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and mentor staff. You will play a key role in patient assessments, AN-ACC documentation, and collaborative care planning, ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care in a safe and supportive environment.
