Senior Pharmacist - Paediatric Intensive Care and Projects
This is a fixed term full-time position to cover parental leave for 12 months, 1.0 FTE/80 hours per fortnight within the Pharmacy Department and PICU.
About the Role
* Provide high-quality pharmacy services to PICU.
* Work collaboratively with two other senior clinical pharmacists to lead and support rotational pharmacists, with an emphasis on supporting projects within the team.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across intensive care and engage with them regarding medication-related protocols and guidelines that are required.
* Mentor and support early career pharmacists as they undertake quality improvement and research projects.
* Provide leadership to the Clinical Pharmacy Team.
Your Skills and Experience
* Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent.
* Registered to practice as a pharmacist with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency & name appears on the register of the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
* Experience working in an Intensive Care Unit.
