Accounts Receivable Clerk/Receptionist - MUSWELLBROOK Candidate must be resident in the Upper Hunter.
Duties would include, but not limited to:
Customer Ordering/Invoicing/Payments Customer Account application processing Maintenance of Customer Quotes and Backorder Summaries Obtain inland freight quotes & maintain current freight rate schedules Process Goods Received documentation Willingness to assist in all areas of office administration as required by the Admin Manager Carries out some Internal Auditing of the QA System - Training provided Good Personal Presentation Friendly and courteous manner Good telephone skills Ability to work in a team environment Confident in use of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel Attention to detail and accuracy with numbers Current Drivers Licence Desirable, but not essential, skills:
