About the Role:
* Guide customers through their buying or selling experience with high-value products.
* Built trust and confidence with customers to help them make informed investment decisions.
* Perform manual calculations, stock reconciliation, and cash handling.
* Process transactions using basic computer systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel).
* In-depth training on customer budgeting and product quality assessment.
About You:
* Have strong retail sales and customer service experience.
* Are confident in manual calculations and daily reconciliation tasks, maths skills are essential.
* Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* A comfortable handling stock, cash, and basic computer transactions.
* Possess strong Microsoft Office skills.
* Eager to learn and grow within a national business expanding across Australia.
