About the role:
As our Marketing Director you will develop and implement strategies that bring new innovations to life for our Healthcare customers. You will guide a small and capable team and will build relationships with key opinion leaders and influential stakeholders across the healthcare industry. This role will have the autonomy to develop strategy, pursue partnerships and implement initiatives that will further position Ecolab as a critical partner to the healthcare industry.
In this role you will:
1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business goals and drive revenue growth within the healthcare sector.
2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to align marketing strategies with business goals.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs within the healthcare industry.
4. Support the ongoing career development of your team
5. Develop marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials to effectively communicate the value proposition of Ecolab's healthcare solutions.
6. Oversee digital marketing initiatives to engage target audiences.
7. Drive thought leadership and industry influence through participation in key healthcare events, conferences, and industry associations.
8. Monitor marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives and make recommendations for optimization.
You will be supported by a leadership team with extensive expertise in the areas of Central Sterile Departments, Endoscopy, Life Sciences and Infection Control.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
9. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
10. Senior Marketing experience within the healthcare industry
11. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business results and revenue growth.
12. Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, trends, and regulatory environment.
13. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
