Salary range of HPSS 3.1 $80,000 – $84,99 Up to $3,500 for relocation, as well as scholarship and bursary grants available Salary sacrificing up to $15,900 & 5 weeks annual leave Why Anglicare/ Headspace?Anglicare NT is a respected provider of quality human services across urban, regional and remote areas.They deliver over 90 diverse services across urban regional and remote areas of the NT.Headspace are a busy and innovative youth mental health service providing a variety of mental health, medical, sexual and other health related services as well as vocational, functional groups and social services to young people aged 12 to 25 years and their families.What's in it for you?Full-time, 6 month contract Salary range of HPSS 3.1 $80,000 – $84,99 Up to $3,500 for relocation assistance Eligible for scholarship and bursary grants through NT PHN 5 weeks annual leave Salary packaging up to $15,900 annually What's the role?Provide a youth friendly, family inclusive service to young people who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties or facilitate warm referrals to external community or health services.Adopt and encourage a flexible approach to recovery based mental health care, which is person centered and responsive to the specific needs of those engaged with the service.Provide single session-based interventions to young people and their families.Using a strength-based, youth friendly, family inclusive choice philosophy, practicing in a collaborative, strengthbased and empowerment focussed approach, conduct bio-psycho-social assessments, inclusive brief interventions such as Single Session Therapy and Single Session Family Consultations.Maintain high quality, evidence based, therapeutic intervention, assessment and screening skills (including risk assessment and safety planning) through the provision of direct service delivery (both first step appointments and Targeted goal and outcome focussed, evidence-based interventions ongoing goal-directed, evidence based therapeutic interventions).Is this the right role for you?Relevant tertiary qualification and minimum 1 year experience.Registered with relevant regulatory body as a practicing Clinician.Undertaken the provision of individual and group work, including screening, assessment, targeted goal and outcome focused interventions to young people and their families.Experience working with culturally diverse groups with the energy, passion and experience delivering culturally sensitive interventions.Experience in working with young people within a multi-disciplinary mental health or youth service setting and a demonstrated understanding of mental health issues impacting young people, best practice treatment options, support services and co-morbidities.Demonstrated high-level interpersonal, exceptional communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills with a strong commitment to professional growth and development.National police check, First Aid, WWC check & current driver's licence.NT PHN/RWA NT may be able to offer relocation support and clinical educational financial assistance to health professionals who are relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for the purposes of employment and further clinical education.Want to find out more about this opportunity?Please contact Ashleigh McDonald on 08 8982 1056 or email ******
