We're on the lookout for a Senior Customer Experience Specialist to drive exceptional service delivery, manage escalations, and implement process improvements within the residential and commercial construction sector.

What will you do?
Ensure service levels meet or exceed company expectationsManage escalated customer queries and complaints with expert problem-solvingImplement customer success strategies and drive process improvementsUnderstand product journey from manufacturing to clientDevelop and oversee warranty claims, providing technical supportMentor and support Customer Service SpecialistsAnalyse customer data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
What do you need?
3+ years' experience in customer service, aftercare, or warranty managementStrong technical knowledge of CRM & ERPUnderstanding of transport / wholesale / supply and or FMCG industryExperience with Microsoft SuiteExperience in the building products or construction industryProven ability to manage escalations and streamline processesStrong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities
