About the Opportunity:
We seek a driven Key Account Manager to deliver on our growth strategy within the independent channel.
You will manage key accounts across the grocery portfolio, developing business opportunities and prioritizing requirements to meet financial targets.
Responsibilities:
* Develop pipeline of business opportunities using existing products, NPD, and customer bespoke products.
* Align with Marketing and Commercial teams to deliver optimum strategies for customers.
* Leverage trend and market insights to lead Category thinking with customers.
* Work with cross-functional teams to develop and drive NPD to market.
* Create and execute customer seasonal sales drivers to deliver incremental gross profit and Volume.
Experience and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification in Business or Commerce (or related).
* 3+ years FMCG experience in KAM/Account Executive or Territory Management roles, ideally working across the independent channel.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
* Experience working with established and new customers to develop relationships quickly.
