We’re looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and passionate Administration and Rostering/scheduling assistant to join our community nursing admin team. This is a permanent role, preferably full time, but we are willing to consider part time across 5 days of the week.
Some of the ways you’ll make a difference:
By scheduling and supporting our small community nursing team to deliver nursing services in client homes
Effectively managing administration processes including accepting referrals from internal and external stakeholders, maintaining accurate team and client databases, records and systems
Rostering of client services to ensure clients are receiving an accurate, cost effective and timely service
To help you achieve this, ideally you’ll have:
Qualification in Business Administration or similar (desirable) or demonstrated experience in administration
Previous experience in a health related field and an understanding of medical terminology (desirable)Would suit an Enrolled nurse who may want some time away from direct client care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional customer service, analytical and problem solving skills
A high level of computer literacy
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
