What success looks like in this role:
The Microsoft 365/ Teams Subject matter expert position works with customers, management, and peers to design, configure, and implement Teams, Office 365, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint, and other Microsoft messaging and communications services.
Support includes specifications; installation, configuration and testing of services; establishing guidelines and standards; support of existing infrastructure and users, project support as directed, and other technical support functions. The Chosen Candidate will provide subject matter expertise in support of Teams and Office 365 core services
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. 6 - 10 years’ experience with Office 365 migration, support of migration tasks, consulting, or working in the enterprise customer arena
2. Experience with O365, SharePoint Administration & Teams
3. Extensive experience with designing and implementing Teams, including:Teams Voice with Direct Routing and Microsoft Calling PlansCall Flows and auto attendantsEmergency locations and callingMeeting, Live Events and Messaging PoliciesTeams and M365 Group GovernanceMeeting room planning, including setup and devices
4. Extensive experience writing, editing, and maintaining PowerShell Scripts
5. Experience with designing and Implementing OneDrive for Business
6. Experience in designing and implementing SharePoint
7. Extensive experience performing discovery and writing scoping and levels of effort for delivering solutions that meet customer business, functional, and technical requirements
8. Face-to-face customer engagement skills
9. Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
10. Ability to explain technical procedures in business terms so that customers understand
11. Ability to develop strategic customer relationships, gain trust, and respect for the team
12. Able to solve complex technical problems through sound and methodical troubleshooting
13. Microsoft Teams Administrator and/or M365 Administrator Certification highly desired
14. Hands-on experience in developing business process automation using (Nintex, Power platform)
You will be successful in this role if you have:
15. NV1 Security Clearance is required.
16. Must be an Australian Citizen
17. Strong understanding of ITIL, specific to Change & Release management
18. Experience in managing large-scale transition projects
19. Ability and willingness to take direction from CDEs and Client Executives
20. Able to adapt to a changing technical environment
21. Ability to coach other members of the team in their area of expertise
22. Ability to communicate clearly with all team members and end-users
23. Ability to work with a sense of urgency
24. Customer-facing presentation and consulting skills
25. Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell
Certifications:
26. ITIL Foundation (optional),
27. Certification on O365, MS Teams, and Power platform (Optional in case of Good knowledge)
