Who Will Thrive in This Role?
This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in financial leadership. You'll need to demonstrate substantial financial experience in
Government Insurance, with the ability to plan and manage significant finance, budgetary, and operational programs across multiple entities.
But more than that, we're looking for someone who understands the importance of collaboration and resource sharing to meet broader agency and client needs. You'll also need a strong background in corporate governance and risk management, as well as expertise in policy development and implementation, stakeholder management, service delivery, and client service.
If you're someone who can think outside the box to solve complex issues, and you're passionate about fostering a confident and capable workforce, this role is for you. Importantly, you should hold a qualification as a Certified Practising Accountant conferred by CPA Australia, a Chartered Accountant conferred by CA ANZ, or a member of the IPA entitled to use the letters 'MIPA' or 'FIPA'.
