As a key member of the Provisioning Leadership team, you will work closely with the business stakeholders fostering strong effective cross-functional working relationships across the business unit and more broadly across the Bupa A&NZ Market Unit.This position is offered as permanent, full-time and may be based at our Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney offices with flexible hybrid work arrangements available.How will I help?Lead the preparation and dissemination of accurate and timely reports for the Provisioning and Connected Care Risk and Governance forums, including Board meetings.Identify opportunities to uplift risk reporting to provide proactive insights for the business.Oversee the collection and analysis of data to produce meaningful reports and actionable insights.Drive initiatives to cultivate and sustain a positive risk culture that aligns with the Bupa values.Working closely with the APAC Enterprise Risk Team to implement risk culture plans for the Provisioning and Connected Care businesses to improve and embed risk awareness.Strategically develop and deploy risk culture interventions across the business unit and monitor their implementation and benefit realisation.Partner with the Connected Care business to support the application of risk and compliance policy frameworks, facilitating risk and control assessment activity, supporting incident and issue management processes and driving a risk aware and engaged culture.Lead with impact to inspire and nurture the growth of your direct report.Why work at Bupa?Our employees can access wide range of benefits: from our own products (incl. health insurance subsidies) to many other products and services via our partnerships program (like Apple, Samsung, JB Hi-Fi, plus gym and spa discounts to name a few). Your collaborative team approach will see you create positive relationships as a trusted and respected senior leader with your stakeholders facilitating two-way interaction to achieve successful business outcomes.In addition, you'll bring to the role:Tertiary qualifications in Risk & Compliance Management, Law or Business.Expansive experience leading a governance or reporting function preferably in a multidisciplinary organisation, including assessing complex risks, identify trends, and recommend strategies to senior stakeholders.An extremely high level of financial and commercial capability, with proven experience in applying financial and operational performance frameworks to drive successful business outcomes and contractual obligations.Passionate about culture change and holds strong knowledge of organisational and risk culture.Excellent leadership and people management skills, with proven ability to engage and drive performance.Comprehensive understanding of the political, legislative, regulatory, compliance and consumer environments affecting the Health Industry including awareness of key competitorsCapable of operating at all levels of the organisation and ability to present at executive level to provide clear and insightful risk reporting.#J-18808-Ljbffr
