In this role, you'll: Work with an experienced team in Delivery Infrastructure as part of our Customer Experience Branch at Sydney Trains. Your focus will be on delivering capital works projects for our Bus Facility Program, a large multi-year program of works. The projects will involve refurbishing existing amenities across our Sydney Bus network such as meal rooms and bathroom facilities for Bus Drivers. You'll manage the end-to-end delivery of projects from design through to construction and work with a vast range of stakeholders. This is an opportunity to make a real impact improving Bus Facilities for the benefit of our bus drivers and for communities across the Greater Sydney area. Your established end-to-end Project Management skills and experience in project delivery ideally within a rail environment will see you excel in this role. You'll ideally have a solid understanding and experience in delivering projects in a rail environment, navigating the change configuration process as well as experience in delivering projects that impact Heritage significant assets. You are customer focused and able to build strong relationships and engage with a wide range of stakeholders. You're recognised as a strong communicator and someone that thrives in fast-paced and challenging environments with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver projects on time, budget and to scope. This is a Temporary Fixed Term Full-Time role to 30/11/2025 based in Burwood with flexibility through our hybrid working model. There is a requirement for you to work on-site at times across various metropolitan locations throughout the Greater Sydney Bus network, therefore flexibility is key.
