LOCATION: Maitland, FL 32751 (onsite)
JOB TITLE: Operations Manager (Imaging)
DURATION: Direct Hire
PAY: $70-80k
REQUIREMENTS:
* 2 or more years of experience managing people and operations in a technological environment.
* Proficiency in work management, project management, scaling, customer service, reporting, and process improvement in a data-driven environment.
* Familiarity with ETL, FTP, data integrity, and data integration. Basic SQL skills.
* Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage and optimize processes for daily, historical, and special projects intake and ingestion.
* Manage, mentor, and supervise the Imaging QC team.
* Collaborate with the other Imaging Teams to ensure understanding and efficiency in the end-to-end imaging processes.
* Plan, manage, and report on onboarding new imaging and datasets into our data repositories.
* Proactively communicate imaging processing and currency issues, identify root causes and implement improvements to prevent recurrence.
* Manage and optimize processes for data and image intake, validation, and reporting deliverables.
* Measure and improve quality and productivity metrics. Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes.
* Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to people, technology, budget, and business within your department and design/implement solutions to meet these needs.
* Organize and drive successful completion of initiatives through effective management of employees and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
* Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders within and outside of the company.
* Develop and manage information to support corporate decision-making.
* Manage and improve existing reporting systems.
* Conduct and facilitate (and educate and train on) analyses, issues identification, organizational risk assessments, and decision-making processes.
* Provide consulting and analytic services to leadership.
* Partner with the Automation team to drive continuous improvement.
