Key Attributes:
* Polished phone manner with excellent verbal and written skills
* Hardworking attitude with the ability to work autonomously
* Understanding of financial markets, particularly forex and CFD trading
* Trading background and proficiency in MT4 platform and MetaQuotes suite
* Ability to speak multiple languages (highly regarded)
Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
* Following account opening processes
* Processing deposits and withdrawals
* Managing live chat, email, and phone inquiries
* Answering inbound phone calls and directing queries correctly
Training and Support:
* Full training will be provided for the successful applicant
* Driven, personable applicant who understands forex and is looking to get their start or avoid the 9-5
