In this role, you will provide a high level of solution architecture, analysis, detailed design, development, support, and system administration for key integration focused information technology systems. You will be leading teams of technical and analytical staff in projects to deliver sophisticated solutions to satisfy complex integration and interoperability initiatives.Key responsibilities will include:Leading and performing analysis, design, development, testing, and operations of system interfaces, data flows, and API implementations.Designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining integration systems, tools, services, middleware, and infrastructure, with ongoing operational support and resolving integration incidents.Consulting on technical and governance aspects of integration technologies, platforms, and services for stakeholders.Investigating, evaluating, and reporting on new equipment, systems, processes, patterns, and standards.About UQAs part of the UQ community, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the brightest minds, who have joined us from all over the world.Everyone here has a role to play. Experience with development and operations in platform environments such as Azure Cloud Services, API Gateways, ESBs, or ETL tools. Experience with database development including relational database design and advanced query writing capabilities. Experience with designing, developing and operating complex integration flows that involve multiple SaaS applications, within the constraints of the integration capabilities supported by those SaaS products. Experience with contract first API specification, including use of Open API (Swagger), RAML or similar API specification standards. Experience with DevOps methodologies and associated tools, such as: containerisation, automation, auto-scaling, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), logging and monitoring.
