The local teams of experienced professionals share a passion for customer satisfaction and excellence in everything they do About the RoleReporting to the Vice President (APAC) you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive HR operational services to support staff as well as working closely with the senior leadership team and international HR teams to support the strategic growth of the business In due course it is envisioned that the role will report jointly to VP APAC as well as have a reporting line to the Global Head of HR.Key Responsibilities Include:Manage, monitor and review the performance management systemManage and resolve complex employee relations issuesManage WHS issues and workers compensation claimsMaintain company policies and procedures and human resources records.Provide day-to-day performance management guidance including coaching, counselling, career developmentFacilitate employee life cycle, including recruitment, selection and on-boardingDevelop, implement and maintain HR policies and processesEnsure HR and payroll systems are compliant with company policies, government regulations and audit requirementsOversee the payroll function and resolve queries.Manage the remuneration and salary reviewsProvide expert HR advice and support across all facets of HR managementAbout YouThe ideal candidate will have a strong operational HR foundation, preferably from a standalone role and be able to contribute expertise to a broad range of HR initiatives including recruitment policy ER and supervising Payroll.
