You will coordinate resources and support the daily operational requirements of the Nutrition and Dietetic kitchen and other facilities where practical and simulation-based classes are conducted.You willPrepare the technical support and expertise required for the practical, simulation-based, and online delivery of undergraduate teaching to facilitate optimal learning in the Nutrition and Dietetics program.Deliver technical skills to enable Nutrition and Dietetics teaching and research activities to be conducted safely and effectively, as well as contribute to practicable solutions and efficient resource management.Support the Food Safety Supervisor within the Nutrition and Dietetics kitchen with the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system.Support the Radiation Safety Officer by maintaining records and monitoring compliance against the QLD Radiation Safety Act for equipment in service.About youYour exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills ensure seamless operation of teaching and research equipment, including technology-enabled learning tools.
