At the City you will find unrivalled opportunities to succeed and realise your full potential.But enough about us, let’s talk about youYou will:Effectively and efficiently administer the Leases and Licences functions for City owned and City leased property.With a high level of leadership oversee the day to day and strategic operations of the Property Services team.Be responsible for the management and delivery of expressions of interests and permits for the commercial use of property.Ensure team participation to support a high performing, harmonious and supportive team culture.Demonstrate commitment to an ongoing personal, professional development program and ongoing learning.Understand and comply with the City’s Code of Conduct, policies and procedures.What you will bring to the teamTo be successful you will have:Relevant tertiary degree in commerce or law.Minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role in Local, State or Federal government, or in commercial property management.Entrepreneurial experience in relation to the buying and selling of land and property development is desirable.Knowledge of broader property related issues relating to sale and purchase matters, market knowledge relating to investment issues.Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work in partnership with and provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.The finer detailsThis permanent full-time position attracts a competitive Level 8 remuneration of $114,586 to $121,381 per annum plus superannuation dependent on qualifications and experience and a wide range of benefits to reward your contribution.
