Responsibilities
: The primary role of the Portfolio Associate - Performance Reporting & Digitalization is to support the team in producing reports and conducting data analysis covering the entire Bank portfolio. This will include, but will not be limited to the following:
1. Contribute to the identification of financial and non-financial performance issues and opportunities, the generation of quality data, the production of actionable performance insights and the design of portfolio and project process solutions.
2. Support project teams in identifying results metrics, conducting results monitoring and analyzing the achievement of project objectives.
3. Support the digitalization and operation of workflows for implementation monitoring, including data quality checks and analysis of results reported through the Project Implementation Monitoring Reports (PIMRs).
4. Contribute to digitalization efforts by enhancing existing IT systems modules related to project implementation monitoring based on corporate reporting needs.
5. Collaborate in the preparation of Quarterly Monitoring Reports (QMR) for submission to the Investmentmittee (IC) and Board on a quarterly basis.
6. Support the operation, testing, administration and updating of the Investment Management Information System (IMIS), Client Relation Management System (CRM) and Equity Management Information System (EMIS).
7. Work with varies business departments and IT Department on requirement gathering and demand prioritization and system/process alignment.
8. Assist in providing training and developing guidance materials for project teams on PIMRs and Project Concept Notes (PCNs).
9. Facilitate the monthly submission and review process of Project Implementation Monitoring Reports (PIMRs).
10. Support the coordination of quarterly portfolio review meetings.
11. Carry out other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
12. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant data-focused experience in an international financial institution orparable organization, dealing with business analytics, performance monitoring and/or impact measurement/sustainability/ESG reporting.
13. Strong experience in project management and business analysis.
14. Sound knowledge of business processes and data requirements of financial institutions.
15. Knowledge of the infrastructure sector and/or topics related to the Infrastructure for Tomorrow (i4t) desirable.
16. Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with various stakeholders and effectively engage stakeholders in system development.
17. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural organization.
18. Strong organizational skills and proven track record of results.
19. Strong written and verbalmunication skills in English.
20. Bachelor's or Master's degree (such as data science, economics, business, finance, or a similar field relevant to AIIB's operations).
