As part of a highly skilled team of Cyber Security professionals, the role will provide specialised cyber security solutions for customers while also developing and maintaining cyber security architecture design documentation throughout the security platforms lifecycle.

You will report to the Manager Cyber Security Architecture.Role responsibilities:Work with key cyber security business areas responsible for technology platforms and operating systems (e.g., application control, end point protection, cloud, and identity) to facilitate, develop and document security configuration standards, solution designs and other relevant architecture documents.Provide expertise to successfully develop, implement and maintain Cyber Security Enterprise and Solution Security Architectures.Develop and maintain tools, templates, models, and procedures working closely with relevant projects, operations, and Enterprise Architecture teams to implement these.Support planning and development of business, logical, physical, component and management layer security architectures.Plan and develop Cyber Security Solution architecture alignment to Queensland Health Cyber Security Strategy, Security Policy, Enterprise Security Architecture and Queensland Health Information Security Management System.Provide advice for decisions on new architectures that enable safe data sharing and new clinical models of care and health consumer services while analysing future risks posed by new technologies and business practices.You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge and experience:Demonstrated experience developing Enterprise and / or solution security architectures for complex ICT systems and infrastructure in large geographically dispersed service delivery organisation.Demonstrated knowledge and experience in identifying business security requirements and translating these into logical / physical / component as well as operational support requirements.Demonstrates a collaborative approach to achieving outcomes and maintaining effective relationships with customers, business partners and other stakeholders.
Thrives on achieving success with others in a cross-team environment.Comfortable with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment where healthcare delivery is at the centre of our mission.Knowledge and understanding of legislation, Queensland Government policy and major trends in information security, privacy and emerging technologies and innovation in healthcare or a similar setting.Specific Working Conditions:This role is Brisbane based.
Routine attendance at the eHealth Queensland Offices will be required.
Flexible work arrangements are offered.One or more certifications in security architecture (e.g.
