Accelerate your impact in a clinic that’s redefining brain injury rehab.
We have a unique opportunity for a Registered, Clinical, or Health Psychologist to join ONE Rehabilitation Service — a tight-knit, interdisciplinary team supporting adults with brain injury, stroke, concussion, and neurological conditions.
Whether you’re early in your career or looking to bring your experience into a purpose-driven practice, this role offers the chance to do meaningful, life-changing work with a supportive team, genuine collaboration, and a shared mission to provide the absolute best for our clients.
We’re growing — and this new role has been created to meet increasing demand.
What makes this opportunity different?
At ONE, you’ll be supported by:
Structured onboarding and clinical supervision tailored to your goals and interests
Support for external supervision in line with AHPRA requirements
Catered in-house PD events (hello, Brainy Breakfasts!) and a dedicated PD allowance
Collaborative interdisciplinary case discussions with a passionate team of experienced allied health professionals
Flexible working options and complete control over your diary — no micromanaging, no clock-punching
A team that knows how to have fun – regular wellness sessions, social catch-ups, shared lunches, and the occasional cake-just-because
Beautiful, purpose-built clinic spaces plus access to a fleet of cars for community-based intervention
An experienced and efficient admin team that takes care of bookings, comms, and logistics — so you can focus on clinical care
What your role will look like
Provide therapy to adults with acquired brain injury, concussion, stroke or neurological conditions – both in-clinic and out in the community
Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team of OTs, physios, EPs, speech pathologists and social workers (you’ll be the sole psychologist on-site)
Contribute to a model of care built on creativity, communication, and person-centred practice
Participate in supervision, peer mentoring, and ongoing professional development
Be part of a team where new ideas are welcomed, and your voice is valued
You’re someone who:
Is AHPRA-registered as a Registered, Clinical, or Health Psychologist
Has some experience (you don’t need to be senior, but you're confident and ready to grow)
Has interest or experience in ABI, concussion, stroke, or neurological rehab
Brings empathy, energy, and professionalism to your work
Enjoys collaborating with a team while holding autonomy in your clinical role
Has current Police Check, WWCC, Driver’s License, and PI insurance
