While the role is office-based five days a week, ad-hoc flexibility is available as may be needed from time to time.More about the Role and Our TeamThe EA to the CEO role exists in order to provide proactive and trusted support primarily to the CEO, Chair, Company Secretary and other members of the executive team from time to time.In addition to extensive diary, email and occasional travel management for the CEO, other key responsibilities include:Representing the CEO and other executives in a professional, approachable and trusted manner.Extensive calendar management for the CEO including planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel.Answering or directing enquiries for the CEO.Highlighting and identifying key priorities.Reading, researching and routing correspondence; drafting letters, emails and documents.Maintaining the annual Company calendar, and coordination of meeting schedules.Assisting in the preparation, collation and distribution of Board papers.Coordination of Board and Committee meetings.Minute taking / Action items (Board minutes, supporting leadership team meetings).
