Our Client:
Our client is Telstra Enterprise partner and we are looking candidate who is expected to act as a subject matter expert for mobility solutions especially Workspace ONE/ Airwatch for external clients (enterprise level clients) by providing a combination of solution design, Implementation, Pre-sales, project and BAU support services.

6. Strong problem solving and deductive reasoning skills to gain quick resolutions in a professional and timely manner with an emphasis on high quality customer service often under tight customer deadlines.
7. Hands - on experience in technical written communications such as ability to compose, clear and concise technical communications.
Job tasks and responsibilities
8. Candidates should have work experience in supporting Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) and Mobile Device management (MDM) solutions at large scale Enterprise customers.
9. Have proven expertise in building, supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting “complex” Workspace ONE/ Air watch or any equivalent MDM systems.
10. Work experience as a systems admin and someone with network engineering background who has a better understanding of security fundamentals.
11. Excellent knowledge of ITIL based Service Management workflow applications like Incident, Problem and requirements management.
12. Design and implement MDM solutions for the clients along with the Account Managers
13. Create technical design documents and work with Project Managers / Service Delivery managers in implementing project / BAU work
14. Attend project, service, client and vendor meetings with the view to providing systems and solutions – and assist in rollout out of the solutions
15. Provide Pre-Sales support to the client.
16. Network Administration Experience: Firewalls, Network Infrastructure, VPN, DNS/ DHCP, etc.
Experience: You MUST have:
17. 2-6 years work Experience as a System Administrator – supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting MDM systems AND Smart Devices (Apple, Android devices like tablet and smart phone, Windows iOS, etc.
18. Strong understanding of servers & configuration & maintenance: Windows Server 2008 / 2003, Exchange, Active Directory, Web server platforms (IIS, Apache), Linux Forms (Ubuntu, Fedora, Red Hat, Open Suse), other mail systems, web certifications such as SSL and IIS
19. At least 1-2 years of Solutions design and implementation experience
20. Strong knowledge of ITIL and Security Administration experience: Authentication, Certificate system, etc.
21. Technical Certification in one or more MDM Products (Workspace ONE/ AirWatch, MobileIron, XenMobile, Symantec MDM, Good Tech)
22. Someone who has the ability to mentor, teach and grow a small team from within to support growing customer requirements.
23. Must have great communication and documentation skills.
