Our client is a leader in the Australian engineering industry, providing solutions and operations in projects with aims to increase safety and site output. They are looking for an experienced Administrator with bilingual or advanced language proficiency in French to join their team in Welshpool, to overview and translate company contracts and help with other admin duties. The role is temp for 4 weeks, Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm with the opportunity of going permanent.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Provide administrative duties for managers and staff as required
2. Review and analyse contracts in French
3. Translate contracts and documents from French to English
4. Adhoc office support and duties as required
5. Data entry
What you’ll need:
6. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
7. Fluent in both French and English
8. Previous administrative/secretarial experience
9. Understanding of business admin and contracts will be highly regarded
10. Attention to detail
11. Great communication, organisation and problem solving skills
