We are looking for YOU, an enthusiastic customer-focused individual, to join our team as an in-house Inside Sales Representative within our growing Quarries division based in our Port Melbourne office.
Your day will involve:
* Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to Boral’s small to medium-sized client base
* Develop new business opportunities and grow the existing business
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
* Being a brand ambassador for our market leading portfolio of products
* Maintain our customer database to ensure all client details and sales records are accurate.
What are we looking for?
* Demonstrated experience working within a customer service or sales position OR within a customer service centre environment
* Experience in the construction industry is preferable
* Well-development verbal communication skills & strong stakeholder management skills
* Ability to stay on top of current market conditions including competitor and industry analysis
* Strong focus on exceeding set KPIs
