Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Systems Coordinator will provide support to Project Managers in relation to Business Systems and coordinate the implementation of uniform systems/initiatives and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of these systems.RoadTek is a commercial business within the Department of Transport and Main Roads. This means we value respect, safety, diversity & inclusion.As the Systems Coordinator, you will be the point of contact for safety, environment, and quality-related issues at the local operational level.To Be Successful In This Role, Your Accountabilities Include:Ensure the uniform implementation of various systems, including but not limited to Highway 21, Environment, Quality, and Safety, and ensure they comply with standards (e.g., systems review and project audits and inspections).Manage the continuous improvement of operational systems across the Operations Centre.Monitor operational processes for compliance with standards (e.g., systems review and project audits and inspections).Provide advice and operational assistance to Project Managers and staff on systems issues (e.g., the preparation of various project plans).Actively lead mentoring of all team members on operational systems compliance matters.Report to management on implementation progress and system performance.Mandatory Qualifications And Conditions:Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.Applicants must possess a current, valid Queensland "C" class driver's licence or equivalent.A reasonable amount of travel consistent with industry standards will be required throughout the operational unit and/or the State.
