Our Recruitment & Onboarding Officer will ensure recruitment at Anglicare CQ continues to attract, select, and retain the right people to work with our participants and enhance our workplace culture. What will a typical day look like? Liaise with Managers and Coordinators to determine staffing needs and problem-solve unique requirements. Advertise job opportunities on the relevant platforms using targeted marketing techniques. Ensure compliance with employment and data protection-related requirements. Onboard all new staff. Maintain a current suite of position descriptions. Develop and update policies related to recruitment and onboarding. Maintain contemporary knowledge of the recruitment and onboarding sector, including involvement in industry and sector networks. Support recruitment events within the community. Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources, communications, or marketing. Ability to obtain a Blue Card (working with children check positive notice or exemption). Ability to obtain a Yellow Card (disability services positive notice or exemption notice).
