We are driven by passionate and highly motivated individuals who create a fast and dynamic work environment.The Role:As Business Development and Sales Support Manager with Austofix, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing clinical support for surgical procedures and building strong relationships with key accounts. In this role you will be well supported with a professional onboarding program and ultimately have ample opportunities to grow your career.Key responsibilitiesSupporting both domestic and international territories to achieve and exceed sales targetsDevelop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing accountsMaintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, and provide expert advice and guidance to customersBuild and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencersGenerate detailed sales reports and provide insights to the management teamIdentify and capitalise on new business opportunitiesWhat we're looking forProven track record of success in a sales or account management role, preferably within the medical device industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders across surgeon, practice and hospital procurement levelsProven expert clinical and technical support for surgical procedures in theatreStrong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunitiesProficient in using sales management tools and technologiesHighly motivated, driven and able to work autonomously to achieve sales targetsDegree or equivalent qualification in a relevant fieldAt Austofix we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
