Job Title: Key Worker - Southern Perth
Location: Rockingham, Full Time or Part Time (4 days per week)
About the Role:
We are seeking experienced and qualified professionals to work as Key Workers delivering interventions to NDIS participants (children aged 0-8) and their families.
As a Key Worker at Everyday Independence, you will have the opportunity to work in diverse settings, including homes, schools, playgrounds, and community centres. You will be working collaboratively with therapists, parents, and carers to develop and implement individualised plans that lead to positive outcomes for children with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering therapy sessions to children and their families in various settings
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised plans
* Communicating effectively with parents, carers, and other stakeholders
* Documenting and billing sessions through our online participant management system
* Attending team meetings and mentoring sessions to support professional growth and development
Requirements:
* Relevant tertiary qualification and registration (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Speech Pathologist, or Educator)
* Minimum 12 months experience working with children (aged 0-8) and their families
* Demonstrated experience working with children with disability
* Strong communication skills and a team player approach
* Commitment to personal and professional growth
* A valid Australian drivers license
* NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Childrens Check
